SHIPPING & PRE-ORDER POLICY

This is a PRE-ORDER drop.Production & Processing:

Orders will be sent to production after the pre-order window officially closes on September 21, 2026. Estimated production and processing time is approximately 5 to 7 weeks from the pre-order closing date.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipping):
Once your order is produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
• Poland: 2–4 business days
• European Union: 3–8 business days (depending on region)
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–21 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International orders shipped outside the European Union (including UK, US, etc.) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. All additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tracking:
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Address Issues & Unclaimed Packages:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
